Montgomery N.E. The marketing and contract negotiation of vacant land located on the north side of Montgomery N.E. between Juan Tabo & Tramway in Albuquerque was handled by Jeremy Gonzales. This was a vacant tract that has since been developed into the office & retail project below.

Campo Conejos Subdivision Campo Conejos is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico near Old Pecos Trail and Interstate-25. There are 75-upper end residential lots on 187+/- acres that range in size from 1+/- to just over 3+/- acres. These lots were initially offered in the range of $110,000.00 to $225,000.00 each. The exclusive rights to represent the developers of this subdivision were granted to the Santa Fe & Albuquerque offices of The Brokerage Realty. This was a co-listing between the two offices and the bulk of the lots were sold out ahead of schedule.

Edith Jeremy Gonzales represented Lafarge Southwest in the sale of 14.7+/- acres of industrial land located on Edith N.E. near Comanche in Albuquerque, N. M.. Jeremy was instrumental in assisting the seller to obtain annexation into the City of Albuquerque, subdivision of the land, getting access to city sewer & water services, negotiating a subdivision improvements agreement & removing a flood zone designation from the site.
